Academic Records personnel continue to work from home with the exception of  days listed below.  The best way to reach us to is send an email to:

For the month of July, one person will be in the office every Tuesday and Thursday beginning on July 6.  The doors to Old Main will be locked, so if you plan to stop by please email beforehand so we know you are coming and can unlock the door.

Transcripts can still be ordered and will be mailed and sent electronically.  If you need to pick one up in our office it must be on Tuesday or Thursday.  Pickup orders must be placed by Monday for a Tuesday pick up and by Wednesday for a Thursday pickup.

Mission Statement

The Academic Records Office at McKendree University exists to partner with and aid students on their path to graduation by maintaining an accurate account of each student’s academic records, in accordance with policies as set forth in McKendree University catalogs. We also ensure those policies are administered consistently and fairly.  In pursuit of this mission, we strive to provide outstanding service to all constituents with courtesy and professionalism and to disseminate information in a timely manner.
