The transcript ordering website will be unavailable from 8 am until 2 pm on Saturday, December 7. You will be unable to order transcripts during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
McKendree University is happy to provide alumni and students electronic transcript
ordering and delivery!
You don’t need to print a form and mail or fax it to us; just sign with your mouse and we’ll send it!
You can now order a secure, certified PDF of your official transcript and have it delivered electronically. You can also order an official paper transcript which we will mail for you or you can pick up in our office.
It’s simple to do, here’s how it works:
1. Click on the link below and set up an account. You'll need to be at a computer
with a mouse (desktop or laptop) because you'll need to sign with the mouse.
2. Follow the instructions to order your transcript (it’s a lot like shopping online). The cost is $4.25 per transcript, and you can pay with a debit or credit card.
3. We will send all transcripts within two business days unless you have a hold that prevents us from sending it (we will notify you if that is the case).
Please note: Southwestern Illinois College, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and St. Louis Community College do not currently accept our electronic transcripts; please request a paper copy for these institutions.
Some questions you might have:
Can I still order by filling out a paper form?
No, all transcripts must be ordered electronically through the new process.
Do I have to pay the $4.25 or can I still get a free transcript?
No, unfortunately, in order to provide this new service, all transcripts will cost $4.25 each.
Can I still get an unofficial transcript?
Current students can get an unofficial transcript via WebAdvisor. Alumni should order official transcripts.
Can I still get same day service?
Yes (it will still cost $10.00). Select the Rush Delivery option and then call the Records Office at (618) 537-6819 to let us know you submitted a Rush order.
Can I have a transcript faxed?
Yes, you can. However, you should find out if the recipient will accept an eTranscript and request one if they will. You will have to pay extra to have a transcript faxed the same day, but eTranscripts will be sent, in most instances, within 24 hours of ordering. If you do need it faxed, just note that in the Special Instructions box.
Please contact the Academic Records office at (618) 537-6818 if you have any questions.
