Brotherhood
The most important part of being in a fraternity is the hardest part to describe,
brotherhood. When you become a brother of Sigma Nu it is not just four years; you become brothers
for life. All brothers of Mu Sigma chapter remain close and come back to campus whenever
they can to visit the chapter. We hold an Alumni/Active dinner once a semester to
keep in touch with the brothers they helped start the great tradition of Sigma Nu
at McKendree University.
You aren't only brothers with the members of your chapter, but also every other Sigma
Nu in the world.
"I have made lasting friendships with brothers from the University of Minnesota Twin
Cities. I know if I ever need anything they would be more than willing to help me.
I have met brothers at Arizona State University and they feel the same. I played soccer
for fourteen years and loved every second of it, but Sigma Nu is the greatest brotherhood
I have ever been a part of."
