Current Community Volunteer Needs & Events

       Xavier Winter Inn 

Where: St. Francis Xavier College Church, 3628 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108

What: Every year College Church operates a winter shelter for homeless individuals on nights when the temperature drops below 20 degrees. Volunteers are needed to run the winter shelter. Positions include setup, greeter/hosts, inkeepers, cleaners, dinner cooks, and laundry drivers.

Jewish and Muslim Day of Community Service

       Register here for the 7th annual Jewish and Muslim Day of Service. There are multiple sites to choose from. You do not have          to be Jewish or Muslim to volunteer. Everyone is welcome!

Haven After School Tutoring

Where: 603 W St. Louis St., Lebanon, IL 62254

What: Volunteers are needed to tutor and play games during the After School Program

When: Thursdays from 2:50 to 5:00 p.m. during the Spring semester

What: Volunteers are needed to help give caregiver relief/support, read aloud to patients, offer friendly visits, and more.

What: Volunteers are needed to help in the Extended Day Program to help students complete homework and improve reading comprehension skills.

When: Monday - Thursday from 3:30 - 5:00 P.M.
