Student Financial Services staff includes student account representatives and financial aid counselors. We strive to help students and their families understand the cost of a college education, find a path to an affordable education and explain policies associated with their enrollment at McKendree University.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) covers the release and inspection of each student's educational records, which includes financial account information. McKendree University adheres to a policy of compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (also known as the Buckley Amendment).
Student may give permission for McKendree University to share information with others via proxy access through Self-Service.
