Why Agribusiness at McKendree?

McKendree is located in one of the most productive and diverse agricultural regions in the country, at the heart of the Midwest’s agricultural economy and within the St. Louis metro area — a hub for commerce, logistics, and industry.

Students in the Agribusiness program benefit from a learning environment that emphasizes close faculty mentorship, small class sizes, and strong connections to industry and regional employers.

The program's transfer pathway further expands access by offering a flexible, cost-conscious route to a bachelor's degree, while allowing students to remain connected to their communities. Available in both in-person and online formats, McKendree's Agribusiness program is designed to support a range of student needs and learning preferences.

The curriculum is grounded in real-world application, preparing students to apply business principles directly within agricultural and agribusiness settings — not just study them in theory.
