Cost:

McKendree undergraduate students are seen free of charge by a licensed clinician.

Graduate/Master’s students pay at the time of service (see pricing below).

All records are confidential as required by law.

Medications prescribed or lab testing (via LabCorp) are billed to insurance or a local pharmacy.

Student Pricing
Undergraduate Students
Included in the Health Service Fee:

Graduate/Master’s Students
Graduate students do not pay the Health Service Fee. Payment due at time of service:

Immunization Requirements
Illinois law requires all students to provide:

Proof of Tetanus vaccine (within 10 years)

Proof of two MMR vaccines
-
Proof of two Meningitis ACWY/MCV-4 vaccines
-
Students may obtain their immunization records from their physician, high school, or university/college previously attended.
Note: Students born before 1957 are exempt. Students cannot attend classes or move into residence halls until these requirements are met.
Meningitis Requirement:

Must have ACWY/MCV-4 immunization on or after age 16.

If received before 16, a booster is required.
