Take Summer Classes at McKendree, Save 25 Percent
Open to Undergraduates from Other Institutions and Online
(Lebanon, Ill., February 18, 2013) — Register for undergraduate summer classes at
McKendree University in Lebanon and save 25 percent on tuition. Classes start on June
3.
Eligible for the $607 per credit hour tuition rate are current and newly admitted
McKendree undergraduates, as well as those enrolled at other institutions who want
to take a class or two as non-degree-seeking students. Online courses are eligible.
The offer does not apply to graduate students or those enrolled at the university’s
off-site locations.
Students can take advantage of the lower summer tuition rate to jump start or accelerate
their academic program at a significant savings. A lighter course load during the
regular semester can make it easier to participate in campus activities. McKendree
students can eliminate the paperwork required to register at another school and transfer
their credits. They can also boost their grade point average if they do well.
There is no limit to the number of courses or credit hours that students may take
at the reduced summer tuition rate. Online courses carry an additional $50 per credit
hour technology fee. Lab or other course-specific fees will also apply, however student
activity and health services fees will not be charged. The Office of Financial Aid
will review all students who have financial aid eligibility.
Interested current undergraduates may contact their academic advisors and new students
should contact their McKendree admissions counselor for more information. Non-McKendree
students may contact the admission office at (618) 537-6831 for more details.
