Head Women's Bowling Coach
McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time Head Women’s Bowling Coach who oversees the recruitment of prospective student-athletes and the physical and technical training of student-athletes. The head coach is responsible for the scheduling of competitions, team travel arrangements and the annual budget for the program. |
A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s is preferred. Previous experience coaching elite athletes in a highly competitive bowling program is also preferred. Must possess the ability to develop and manage a collegiate program including the ability to recruit under highly selective academic standards. A working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is required. Solid administrative and personal skills and the ability to work with a culturally diverse population are also required. The ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays. |
