Transfer and Study Abroad Coordinator

McKendree University seeks candidates for a full time, 12-month administrative position in the Office of Academic Records.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and display the ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Primary responsibilities are evaluating transfer credit and facilitating students through the study abroad experience.  Additional duties include assisting with all other office functions as needed.  Individual must have strong computer skills; possess strong interpersonal skills; and enjoy working with and interacting among a wide range of personnel including students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni and others.  Dedication to customer service is a must, as well as the ability to help people solve problems with patience and empathy.  Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.  A sense of humor is strongly recommended!  Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague software and experience in a Registrar’s office a plus.  Bachelors degree and at least one year experience required.
