Records System Specialist

McKendree University seeks dynamic, forward-thinking candidates for a full time, 12-month computing and administrative position in the Academic Records Office.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and display the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Individual must have excellent knowledge of computer applications and programming, and possess good data entry skills.  Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague student information software a plus.  Associate degree in computing or related discipline is required.

Individual must also possess strong interpersonal skills, and be equally comfortable with technology and people, as this position requires interaction among a wide range of personnel including students, faculty, staff, alumni and others.  Strong oral and written communication and demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.

This position reports directly to the Registrar.
