Records Management Specialist

McKendree University seeks candidates for a full time, 12-month administrative position in the Academic Records Office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and display the ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Individual must have good data entry skills and proficiency in the use of database, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague software, transcript software, and experience in a Registrar’s office a plus. Associate’s degree required.

Individual must also possess strong interpersonal skills, and be equally comfortable with people and technology, as this position requires interaction among a wide range of personnel including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others. Strong oral and written communication and demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary. Dedication to customer service is a must.
