PT - Sports Management Instructor

McKendree University seeks adjunct faculty to teach Sports Management at the graduate level. These courses are taught online in 8-week terms.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Teaching graduate level students content in the areas of sport economics and finance, sport law, sport marketing and consumer behavior.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A master’s degree in Sport Management with at least 18 credit hours at the graduate level in teaching discipline is required from an accredited institution of higher learning.

A minimum five years of significant professional experience in field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A terminal degree (i.e. PhD, DBA, JD, etc.) in teaching discipline from an accredited institution.

A minimum five years of significant professional experience in field.

Prior teaching experience.

  4. Unofficial copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts. Official transcripts will be required if hired.
