Payroll and Human Resources Technician

McKendree University seeks a highly motivated individual with a good knowledge of payroll and employee benefit programs to process payroll and to assist with duties in the office of human resources.  The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel.  Ability to interact effectively with people is a must.  Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business and three years experience with computerized payroll systems within a personal computer environment.  Competitive salary and benefits; 40 hrs per week.  Higher education experience is a plus.  Interested persons should send letter of application referencing job #PAY66 and resume to Shirley Baugh, Director of Human Resources at  EEO/ADA/Vet/Disabled
