Director - Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program

McKendree University seeks applications for Director of the MBA program to begin August 2021. The director will hold a full-time tenure-track faculty position in the School of Business.

The position requires a terminal degree in a business-related field such as management, marketing, accounting, finance or economics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience directing an academic program and teaching at the college level.

The School of Business offers the MBA both on campus and online.  Face-to-face MBA classes are taught in the evenings on the McKendree University campus in Lebanon, IL and an additional location nearby.  The Director of the MBA program will be responsible for administration of the program, including recruiting students, managing the budget, setting schedules, designing curricula, and staffing courses. In addition to administrative work, the successful candidate will participate in teaching, advising, scholarly activity, and service to the University and community.  This is a 9-month faculty position with 12-month administrative duties.  Appropriate release time and compensation for administrative duties will be provided.
