Assistant Professor of Choral Music Education/Director of Choral Activities
The McKendree University Department of Music is seeking a full-time tenure track assistant professor of Choral Music Education/Director of Choral Activities to begin in Fall 2024. Responsibilities include teaching choral music education classes, conducting the Concert Choir, developing a Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and engaging in community outreach. Additional responsibilities may include teaching Music Appreciation (on-line), Applied Voice and General Music Methods.
A Master’s degree with extensive experience required; Doctorate preferred.
