Academic Affairs Office Manager

The Office of Academic Affairs is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and fun individual to join our team.   

The position responsibilities include managing contracts for part-time faculty, providing monthly information for payroll, maintaining personnel files, ensuring accuracy with course schedules, and assisting the Provost and Associate Provost with special events and projects.  Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently, meet due dates, and be excited to learn new things.
  • Be proficient with Excel, Word, email, and other office technologies.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.  One to three years of office (or related) work experience is preferred.
