Franklin Neighborhood Association
What is it?
A community outreach program at Franklin Grade School in Belleville. McKendree students
make crafts with the children.
When is it?
Franklin Crafts is on Thursdays from 3:00-5:00 P.M. Meet at the bookstore steps.
Why would I want to do that?
