through a variety of workshops and retreats.
The mission of the McKendree University fraternity and sorority community in conjunction with the Office of Greek Life is to better integrate Greek organizations with one another, and to promote Greek Life on and off the McKendree University campus.
At McKendree University, our community prides itself on being engaged with the campus community, giving back to the local and surrounding communities, focusing on high academic performance, and gaining leadership skills. It is important individuals within our community live up to the values of their organizations through their daily interactions.
The vision of the Greek community is to provide an environment for students to fully develop into excelling members of society. Through expanding their social networks, members of the Greek community learn to develop lifelong friendships through loyalty and dedication to one another while strengthening their character.
Inter-Greek Council is the governing body of the Greek community. McKendree University has chartered four Greek organizations.
