Admission Process

Applicants must submit the following:
1. Application for admission (a maximum of 70 hours will be accepted from a community college)
2. Copy of active license as a registered nurse;
3. Current CPR certification;
4. Proof of immunizations against measles, mumps, rubella, and hepatitis B (influenza and DT
    vaccinations are recommended);
5. TB skin test or chest x-ray results.
Applicants must meet the following prerequisites:
1. An Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
2. An active RN license.
Those awaiting results of examinations for licensure (NCLEX-RN) may be admitted on a conditional basis and enroll in non-clinical courses for one semester until notified of licensure.
