Academics
McKendree’s Academic Support Center is dedicated to providing support to all McKendree
University students free of charge. This service is to help students gain the academic
support necessary to maintain the scholastic standards of McKendree by developing
and enhancing competencies and strategies needed for success.
McKendree’s Office of Academic Records provides information for Commencement, registration,
program evaluation, academic calendars, final exam schedules and much more. The Office
of Academic Records strives to provide outstanding service to all constituents with
courtesy and professionalism and to disseminate information in a timely manner.
The mission of the McKendree University Career Services Office is to give our students
the opportunity to become actively involved in developing their career by providing
a variety of training activities, programs, and services that support the goals of
our students and McKendree University. Encourage students to take initiative and
be active in developing their career, using Career Services to help guide them towards
success in a career and our society as a whole. Help students understand that developing
a career path is truly a life-long process.
The Writing Center is located at 509 Stanton Street, just behind Holman Library and
Voigt Science. We offer writing assistance to all students, faculty, and staff, either
by appointment or on a walk-in basis during posted hours.
