Advisor of the Year Award (New and Returning)
The Advisor of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding contributions of a faculty or staff advisor to a student organization. Advisors serve as guides, mentors, and leaders to their respective student organizations. Individuals recognized for this award demonstrate an exceptional commitment to working with students outside of the classroom as well as both an interest and expertise that benefits their respective student organizations. The nominee must be nominated from the group for whom they advise or a fellow advisor of the group. This award will be given for a new advisor (three years or less) and a returning advisor (more than three years).
Congratulations to the 2013 Advisor of the Year, Craig Robertson and to the final
nominee Joe Blasdel. Congratulations also goes to the 2013 New Advisor of the Year,
Sarah Klucker and to the final nominee's Peter Palermo and Heidi Thuesen.
