Account Management

Once you click on one of the links below you will be prompted by a security warning. Press "Yes" and you will then be able to do one or all of the following:

Read & Accept the Computer User Agreement
This is where you activate your Blackboard, E-mail and Webadvisor accounts all in one easy step. This will be the first place you need to start at McKendree.  Once you activate these accounts you will gain access to all of the information you need at McKendree.

Change your Network Password
Changing your network password is easy. After you have successfully changed your password please wait 5-10 minutes for the servers to update.

Unlock your Account
Sometimes your account gets locked out. This happens for security issues and will lock the account if someone tries to many unsuccessful attempts under your username. It will also lock your account if you forget your password and try to many times.

Reset your Password (students only)
This option will reset your network account password to the default. Please, do this only if you cannot remember your Password. Note: You will have to change your password to a new one after it is reset.
