Wrote three cases which will be included in the fourth edition, 2004, of
Cases in Management Accounting and Control systems. The cases are
Lambeth Custom Cabinets, Blackheath Manufacturing Co. and Blackheath
Manfacturing Co. Revisited. These cases deal with decision making and
management control. The book is to be published by Prentice-Hall. It is
being edited by Professor Mark Haskins of the Dearden Graduate School
of Business at the University of Virginia.
Various book reviews in the Journal of Economic Literature. Article reviewer at
various times for: the Journal of Legal Economics, and the Journal of Forensic
Economics.

Committee, Long Range Planning Committee and the Graduate Council.
Since 1981 I have consulted with trial lawyers on individual income loss
and business losses. As of August 1, 2006 I have been retained 245 times,
testified 32 times and have been deposed 82 times. Twenty of these
cases were commercial in nature.
Question writer for CPA Examination in the areas of economics and business
law.
Personal Message:
My teaching philosophy is that studens need to know, understand and be
able to apply the fundamental principles of the subjects they are studying.
This means that students must be active participants in the learning
process. I have always applied this concept of "less is more" to
undergraduate teaching and now to MBA teaching.
