Teaching Philosophy

I believe the college-level student of business should be prepared for leadership roles by experiencing the linkage between textbook theory and practical application in the business world.  Students, who have a knowledge and understanding of theory, an ability to relate this understanding to their own or the instructor’s experiences, and an ability to effectively communicate this understanding, should achieve success in further course work and in the business world.
