Resident Directors are full-time student affairs professionals who live and work in the building.  They are responsible for the overall operation of the building.  They supervise the building staff, advise Hall Council, and assist students and staff in coordinating programs and activities.  They also serve as a resource for students who are experiencing problems.

Resident Assistants are carefully selected full-time undergraduate students who live and work on each residence hall floor. Resident Assistants plan activities and programs for the floor community, enforce school policy, conduct monthly health and safety inspections, and report needed repairs. Resident Assistants are also good resources for students who are experiencing personal difficulties, since Resident Assistants are aware of campus services.
