Physical Plant Office
Welcome to the McKendree Physical Plant Office. Our office is located one block east of Leemon Field's rear gate at 233 Hobson Lane. The physical plant office is committed to providing excellent support services to students and the campus community.
The Physical Plant Office is the place where faculty and staff can:
- Request emergency repair by dialing (618) 537-6969.
- Request carpet spill clean up by dialing (618) 537-6969 or after hours Public Safety (618) 537-6911
- Request Routine repair by Web Work Order ( http://workorders.mckendree.edu/gf/ )
- Pick up and return vans used for student approved travel.
- Report mechanical problems when returning a van.
- Receive support for your event or campus activity after the event is approved by and placed on the schedule by the event coordinator.
All routine requests for repairs should be reported to the Resident Assistant or the Resident Director.
