Why are you requesting this space?  What will be happening during this time period?

You must submit this form at least 5 business days prior to your event.  We will let you know if the space request has been approved via e-mail.  You can only request this space if your a current McKendree student, faculty, or staff member.

By submitting this form you and your organization agree to the following terms:

1. You or your organization will post flyers at least 24 hours prior to the event noting that the area will be closed for general use.
2. You or your organization will clean the area after your event.
3. You or your organization take full financial responsibility for any damages incurred to the area during your event.
4. You or your organization cannot allow anything against McKendree University or residence life policies to occur during your event.

Failure to meet all of the terms listed above could result in fines, loss of privileges, and/or a judicial hearing.
