Bearcats Giving Back

Thank you for your interest in the McKendree University School of Business Mentoring Program. The program was created to make the transition from college to the workforce easier for students, to develop networking opportunities for students, and to transition graduating students to become active and engaged alumni.

Through this program, alumni can provide guidance and support to students by interacting with them, exchanging ideas, and sharing their experiences and knowledge of career paths. Alumni mentors give back to their alma mater by serving as role models and leaders as they help students reach their career goals.

In order to meet these goals and establish lasting relationships between mentors and students, much consideration and care is taken when pairing mentors with students. Alumni applications to participate in this program are due by September 16. Program participants will be selected and matched by a committee, and a member of the McKendree Career Services or the Alumni Relations Offices will be in contact.

The mentoring program will run from October to April.
