McKendree University's Faculty Teaching Circles provide a non-threatening forum for
faculty to enhance their teaching skills and build camaraderie. Faculty participants
observe each other in the classroom and then meet to discuss what constitutes effective
teaching. The program focuses on different teaching styles and other aspects of teaching,
while eliminating evaluations and judgments. If you are interested in joining or would
like more information, contact Ann Collins, Associate Professor of Political Science,
email@example.com or (618) 537-6897.
