Registration Information
Registration Check-In Is Required!!
All Lebanon campus undergraduate students (including Student Teachers) must attend!
(Master’s level, Scott, AiM and Nursing students are excluded and need not attend.)
You must show up in person during one of the sessions listed below.
Failure to “check-in” during one of these sessions will result in a $75.00 late registration fee. ONLY students on authorized University outings will be excused from Registration Check-In on Friday or Sunday. If you are excused, you must check in at the Records Office when you return to campus, before you begin attending classes.
Helpful hints to make the process less painful
· Make every effort to take care of financial matters before check in. If you need to contact the Business Office or Financial Aid, do so the week before check-in.
· The lines are longest at 9:00 and 1:00.
· As noted below, advisors will only be available from 9:00 – noon and 1:00 – 4:00 on Friday. If at all possible, try to get courses changed during the week before check-in. If you must make changes at check-in, be sure to come during the above hours on Friday. There will be NO advisors present on Sunday.
· Please come prepared to have your photo taken for the yearbook. Even if you don’t want your picture taken, you will be asked to get the yearbook office to stamp your form.
· Unless you have received an email from the Records Office, you have not been placed into any courses for which you were waitlisted. Check your McKendree email to see if you have been registered in a waitlisted class.

New First Year students will check in on Thursday afternoon during New Student Orientation (see your NSO schedule for details).
New Transfer students will check in on Friday during New Transfer Orientation (see your NTO schedule for details).

You cannot change your schedule or register for classes on Sunday!!
