CIC Davies-Jackson Scholarship
Graduating seniors from McKendree are eligible to apply for a fellowship that supports
up to two years of study at St. John’s College at the University of Cambridge in England
through the Davies-Jackson Scholarship program.
Established in 1990, the Davies-Jackson Scholarship provides a distinctive opportunity
for graduating seniors who possess exceptional academic records and who are the first
in their families to graduate from college, to enroll in a two-year course of study
at St. John’s College. The Scholarship, valued at approximately $50,000.
Applications are accepted for study in the following subjects: Archaeology and Anthropology;
Classics; Economics; English; Geography; History; History of Art; Modern and Medieval
Languages; Music; Philosophy; and Social and Political Sciences.
The deadline for applications is early November.
