William Harroff, award-winning digital artist and McKendree's Reference & Information Technologies Librarian, has created and developed Transformation, an electronic manga, which served as the inaugural exhibit in the Grandy Gallery at Holman Library. The Transformation photographs of Japan and the Japanese people were created as anaglyphs in 3D.

"Putting on the 3D red & blue glasses is a metaphor for the goals of the Tanaka Foundation; to look with new eyes at our surroundings and be transformed."
Prof. Harroff was the 2006 faculty representative for the Technos International Week.
