Assistant Professor of Spanish

McKendree University’s Division of Humanities in Lebanon, Illinois invites applications
for a full-time, tenure-track, assistant professor of Spanish to begin September,
2012. Candidates must have experience teaching undergraduate Spanish courses and commitment
to developing foreign language curricula, advising students, and engaging in scholarship
and service. Prefer candidates who also have expertise in teaching French, German,
and/or Italian. Teaching load is 12 hours per semester.
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Spanish Language or Literature and at least three years of
successful experience teaching college-level Spanish.
