Assistant Professor for MBA Program

McKendree University seeks applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor to teach primarily in the MBA Program. This position begins in August 2013.  Primary teaching responsibilities will include graduate management and marketing courses with an emphasis on corporate strategy, policy and leadership. Some undergraduate teaching should also be expected.

The position requires an earned doctoral degree in an appropriate field.  Candidates with meaningful progress toward a doctoral degree or candidates with an MBA and substantial business experience may be considered.  Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience who also have relevant business experience. 

MBA courses are offered in the evenings or on-line. Teaching is primarily on the McKendree University campus in Lebanon, IL, but also at other nearby locations.  Faculty participate in teaching, advising, scholarly activity, and service to the University and community.
