Part Time Admissions Counselor - McKendree University Louisville Campus

McKendree University Kentucky Campuses seeks an enthusiastic self-starting, detail-oriented part time (20 hours) Admissions Counselor. The position offers the right individual the opportunity to work with undergraduate and graduate applicants for the Louisville Campus.

Processing information calls, managing ongoing communications with prospective students, initial review of transfer credit, scheduling admissions appointments, interviewing prospective students, and tracking applicants to ensure completion of the admissions process. Some recruiting at off-campus events required.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree, with a background in customer service, strong computer literacy, and experience working in an office environment. Experience in higher education a plus.  Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00am-3:00pm.  Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
