Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management

McKendree University seeks a full-time Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management
at its Radcliff and Louisville, Kentucky campuses to begin August 2013.
The McKendree University School of Business offers a B.B.A. program with a significant
general education component and several majors, including a major in Human Resource
Management. The School of Business also offers an M.B.A. program. The successful candidate
will participate in both programs. The position requires a Master’s degree in Human
Resource Management or related area of business; terminal degree (PhD or DBA) preferred.
In addition, the candidate should have achieved PHR or SPHR Certification from the
Society for Human Resource Management. Preference will be given to candidates with
teaching experience who also have significant experience in human resource management.
Day and evening classes are taught primarily on the McKendree University campuses
in Radcliff and Louisville KY. Faculty participate in teaching, scholarly activity,
and service to the University and community.
