Residence Hall Director

McKendree University is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as part of the Residence Hall Director team to help manage McKendree’s residence life program.  The RD positions begins in July, 2014, and assumes responsibility for overall administration, student staff supervision, coordination of programming and student development, advising hall government, acting as a judicial officer, and serving on a campus duty rotation.  Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, experience in Residence Life or Student Affairs, a positive attitude and leadership experience.  RDs are assigned additional duties compatible with the organizational goals of the Office of Student Affairs.
