Follow us on twitter #mckjobsThe McKendree University School of Business seeks applications for a full-time, annual, renewable, non-tenure track Instructor of Accounting position to begin Fall 2012.  McKendree University offers a B.B.A. program with a significant general education component and several majors, including a major in Accounting.  The University also offers an M.B.A. program.  The successful candidate will participate in both programs.  It is preferable that the candidate has a doctoral degree in business, however a masters’ degree in Accounting or a related field is acceptable.  Preference will be given to a candidate with a C.P.A. certificate/license.  Preference will also be given to candidates with teaching experience who also have significant experience in accounting. 

Day and evening classes are taught primarily on the University campus in Lebanon, IL and nearby off-campus locations.  In addition to teaching, School of Business faculty advise students, engage in scholarly activity, and serve on School and University committees. They also participate in the University’s wide-ranging extra-curricular programs.
