Campus Activities Work Study Positions
Work Study Staff is responsible for ensuring that game equipment is properly checked out, assisting with events that may be scheduled (such as Campus Activities Board events), keeping our popcorn machine filled with complementary popcorn for students, and general maintenance of the facility. The staff also maintains the concession stands during soccer, basketball, and baseball seasons.
Staff members will be selected based on completion of the below requirements, and a brief interview if necessary.
Requirements:
1. Must be a full time McKendree Student
2. Must be able to work weekend or evening shifts
3. Shall have a minimum of 5 hours of Federal Work Study allotted per week
4. Completed general work study application with the Office of Admission
5. Completed W-4 and I-9 forms with the Business Office.
6. Completed online application for Campus Activities Work Study
Salary and Benefits:
1. Minimum wage
2. (1) Free staff shirt to be worn during shifts (additional shirts available for purchase)
3. Exposure to a fun and active environment on campus!
