General Information

Membership

To participate in Team Bogey, annual membership dues are only $15.  This money helps us with providing membership benefits, prizes and awards for contests, and operation of Team Bogey.  Team Bogey consists of its staff and The Purple Pit.  To be an official member of Team Bogey, you must be a current McKendree Student. 

The Team Bogey Mission Statement and Conduct Code are very important to us.  Team Bogey Staff members are not only expected to follow the guidelines, but also to set a strong example for other students in how to follow them.  We want to represent the McKendree student body in a positive manner, as well as be a role model within the student community.

We are looking for 12 dedicated individuals to be the backbone of Team Bogey

If you are interested in developing your leadership skills in the areas of communication, event planning, business operations, or marketing, then Team Bogey may be a great opportunity for you to get involved.

• (1) Treasurer/Secretary

PURPLE PIT

We want a ton of fun, crazy, Bearcat fanatics to be members of the Purple Pit! 

Once you join the Purple Pit, you have the opportunity to earn free apparel and win a Grand Prize by attending designated athletic games and presenting your Purple Pit Card.  Exclusive giveaways, contests, and special events are also part of your Purple Pit membership.

Once you are a member, check in at the Team Bogey table (look for for our banner or tent) when you attend games to earn points.  Refer a friend who becomes a paid member and you can gain additional points.

Purple Pit Rewards (Fall 2008)

Once a member reaches 35 Points, their name will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing!  Their name will be added again for each point over 35.
