10:00 am to 4:00 pm – Chalk the Circle
Let the circle drive of the Piper Academic Building become your canvas when the McKendree University Campus Activities Board hosts the first annual Spring Fling Chalk the Circle Event. We want to start a new tradition for Spring Fling by celebrating the arts! It is completely free to enter. Unfortunately with the limited amount of spaces, entries will be first come, first served. We invite you to enjoy a wonderful day and show off your artistic talents.
Each square of the circle drive will be marked off so clubs, organizations, families, and other individuals may create colorful works of art by using sidewalk chalk. 10:00 am to 4pm – First Annual Spring Fling Dust Off
New to Spring Fling is the Dust Off. It is a car show featuring local area auto enthusiasts and their vehicles. Stop by to see the vehicles on display. Would you like to participate in the show? Get your car out of the garage, dust it off, and come on over to campus! Registration is from 10am - 1pm. Click here for a flyer and registration form. 12:00 pm to 5pm – Festivities Begin!
Celebrate spring with us and have a great time. Spring fling will feature activities and events, including: Caricature artist, inflatable entertainment, washer and bag games, community service project sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega, games, music, and food! Sign up for our next American Red Cross Blood Drive, Make Your Own Ringtone, Photo Button, Keychain, or Magnet. You can get your photo taken with McKendree University’s own mascot, Bogey the Bearcat! There will be fun for you, your friends, and your family! Don’t miss Spring Fling!

12:00 pm to 5pm – Petting Zoo
12:00 pm – K9 Demonstration - Lebanon Police
Come and watch Officer J.D. Beil and K9 Officer "Tazer" as they demonstrate various techniques and commands.
1:00 pm – Spring Fling Wing Thing
Attend our first annual chicken wing competition. Local restaurants are competing to see who has the best wings in the area. Your vote counts! Purchase tickets to sample wings and cast your vote for People's Choice. The overall winner will be the restaurant that can satisfy the tastes of our "celebrity" judges to take home the 5-foot trophy!
1:30pm and 3:30pm – Karate and Defense Demonstration
Members of Bushido Ryu, a student martial arts club at McKendree will demonstrate various karate and weapons fighting techniques.
