The McKendree Involvement Fair is a festive event that provides student groups, faculty and staff departments, and local merchants the opportunity to connect with and highlight their organization, business or services to the McKendree community.

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, the Involvement Fair will be rescheduled. If we need to cancel, notice will be sent to the Registration contact by email or phone.
The Office of Campus Activities will provide your group with:
· One 8-foot table and two chairs
· a 8.5 x 11 sign marking your table
· You will be able to set up your table starting at 10am on Monday
Your Office/Department is encouraged to provide:
· a tablecloth or banner for your table
· signs with your group name and logo
· posters, videotapes, or pictures
· brochures/ handouts describing your group
· a friendly, knowledgeable group representative who can staff the table and highlight your group in a positive, outgoing manner
· a creative attention getter!
NOTE: The Involvement Fair is not to be used for any fundraising purposes.
