The Campus Activities Board Staff is made up of a select number of hard-working individuals who are dedicated to strengthening their skills as leaders on campus, and providing quality programming to the students of McKendree University.

Students Involved in CAB...

National Association for Campus Activities (NACA)
McKendree University is a member of the National Association for Campus Activities. NACA's school membership provides colleges and universities with the opportunity to become part of the nation’s premiere campus activities organization. Nearly 1,100 schools from across the country are members of NACA, including large and small institutions, public and private schools, two and four year colleges and universities, and community, junior and technical colleges. All member schools share the desire to participate in an organization that helps them create better programming opportunities for students, providing them with information and programs to help enrich the overall educational experience, while also keeping them up-to-date with the latest in the campus activities profession. NACA is split into seven regions. McKendree University is in the Mid-America region along with other schools from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Each region holds annual conventions. Eligible and selected active members of Campus Activities Board have the opportunity to attend this convention to network with other students and professionals, while developing leadership skills.
Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities (APCA)
The Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities is a national campus activities organization that services the needs of Campus Programming Departments, SGA's, leadership development programs and other campus organizations throughout the United States.
APCA also hosts leadership development workshops and activities conferences with a full range of educational sessions, exhibit halls and activities showcases.
