FEE INFORMATION

The $400 fee inlcudes a double room*, meals, a camp T-shirt, and tuition. Meals begin with Sunday dinner and conclude with Friday breakfast. Students living within driving distance may pay a commuter fee of $300 to attend the camp. This fee does not include a room or meals. A $75 deposit (made payble to 'McKendree University Midwest Percussion Camp') should be paid with your camp application. Full payment must be made by June 1, 2009. Your depost is refundable until June 1, 2009. After June 1, no deposit will be refundable. No refunds will be issued once a camper has arrived and completed registration on the first day of camp (Sunday, June 14, 2009).

HOUSING INFORMATION

All campers will live in one of the university's residence halls directly across from the dining hall and within one block of all classroms. All students will be supervised by trained and experience counselors and residence hall staff. A registered nurse will be on duty during the day and a counselor trained in first aid will be available overnight. Campus security maintains a post 24 hours a day directly outside the residence halls.

*Campers are housed in double rooms. Roommate requests will be honored as much as possible. Private rooms may be requested (if available) for an additional cost.

CAMP LOCATION

McKendree University is located in Lebanon, Illinois, approximatley 20 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri. The campus is easily accessible via Interstate 55, 64, and 70. Campers are responsible for transportation to and from McKendree University. Mid-America Airport is located five miles from Lebanon and Lambert International Airport (St. Louis) is located 40 miles from Lebanon. Shuttle arrangements can be made through the camp by request. A nominal fee will be charge for shuttle requests.

Please complete the online registration form found at the link below. After filling out the form, please fill out the Health History form and the Release and Waiver of Liability form. After all three forms have been completed, please mail in your $75 deposit check (if not paid by credit card) to:
