Graduate Credit
.5 credit will be available each semester for workshops through McKendree University. The course number is MUED 680: Music Ed. Workshop, and you can register on-line. The requirements for the course are to attend all Souther Illinois Chapter workshops and one of the St. Louis AOSA workshop (in the fall). St. Louis information can be found at www.stlaosa.org In addition, you will be asked to write a reflection paper on how you might use the workshop material in your classroom. CPDU Credit
CPDU credits are offered at every workshop. Please sign the form requesting CPDU credit and all paperwork will be issued through McKendree University at the end of the school year.
Membership
Membership is open to anyone interested in promoting arts education within the school setting.
The fee for the 2007-2008 workshops and charter membership is $100, which includes $30 local dues and workshops and $70 national AOSA dues. Make checks payable to Southern Illinois Orff Schulwerk Chpater and mail to:
